Mr. Bustos Barrera is a graduate engineer of Universidad Politécnica del Estado de Guerrero (UPEG), where he studied Telematic engineering from 2009 to 2013.
He has worked in silversmith workshops, in the Department of Measuring of Comisión Federal de Electricidad (located in Iguala) in support of the rehabilitation and capture of data from flow meters as well as in the structured wiring of UPEG´s network.
He is currently working as maintenance and computing assistant at CEPE-Taxco.
